- Contact Information (mostly optional): Email address, phone number, social media handles, messaging service IDs
- License Declaration (if applicable): Self-declared license status and links to official public registers
- Profile Images (optional): Avatar/profile picture and showcase images of your work
- Self-Introduction (optional): Text describing your skills and experience

When you remove or edit any field in your profile, the previous content is immediately deleted from our database.

Publicly Visible Profile and Task Listings
Information you include in your profile and task listings will be publicly visible if you choose to make them public. This is essential to connect skilled people with potential clients, task publishers and employers.
Subscription Tiers and Data Retention
Free Tier Users (Skilled People)
- Your profile must be kept active by signing in at least once every 95 days
- If you do not sign in for over 95 days, your profile will become temporarily invisible (without notification)
- Your profile visibility can be restored manually upon your next sign-in
- No avatar or YouTube links are enabled in free tier profiles
Standard Tier Users (Skilled People)
- When your subscription expires, your account automatically converts to a free tier account
- Your avatar, YouTube links, and work images more than 2 will be deleted on the day your subscription expires
- Your basic profile information will remain visible subject to the free tier 95-day login requirement
Task Publishers
- Free Listings: Available only for major email providers (@gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @icloud.com)
- Task Lifecycle: Task listings remain visible for 45 days unless marked as resolved or deleted earlier
General Data Retention
- Active Accounts: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active
- Deleted Content: When you remove information from your profile, it is immediately deleted from our database
- Task Listings: Active task listings are retained for 45 days, after which they automatically expire. Invalidated or deleted task listings are removed immediately from public view but retained in our systems for 2 years for audit purposes (except that images are deleted immediately)
- Payment Records: Payment information is retained for 2 years for audit purposes, after which it is securely deleted
- Accounts Email Verification: Both skilled professionals and task publishers must verify their email addresses. Unverified accounts will be deleted after 3 days, though the same email address can be used to register again after deletion
Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: When you have agreed to the sharing of your information
- Service Providers: With third parties that perform services for us (e.g., payment processing)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of our users
